Arena Investors, LP (“Arena”) is a global investment management firm that seeks to generate attractive risk adjusted, consistent and uncorrelated returns by employing a fundamentals based, asset-oriented financing and investing strategy across the entire credit spectrum in areas where conventional sources of capital are scarce. Arena specializes in off-the-run, stressed, distressed, illiquid and esoteric special situation transactions through originations and acquisitions of asset-oriented investments across a wide array of asset types (including but not limited to private direct corporate credit, commercial real estate bridge lending, and commercial and consumer assets).

Quaestor Advisors, LLC (“Quaestor”) is an affiliated Special Servicer, which provides mid and back office services, including asset management, to Arena Investors and external clients.

Quaestor is looking to expand the Technology team, through the addition of a IT helpdesk support for our Jacksonville FL office.

Job Description:

  • Coordinate outsourced IT support desk and private cloud vendor.
  • Augment and provide escalation point for IT support issues related to Windows-based workstations, mobile devices, network, video conferencing equipment, physical security and other hardware.
  • Coordinate the build-out and support of satellite offices (both domestically and internationally).
  • Oversee network security and coordinate annual cybersecurity audits and BCP tests.
  • Troubleshoot IT issues for end users in domestic offices.
  • Windows 10/11, Windows 12-19 Server.
  • Office365
  • Active Directory
  • Scripting in Powershell or Windows Batch a plus
  • VOIP Telephone
  • Azure Portal and working knowledge of virtual machine architecture a plus (ie VM Ware, cloud)
  • Mobile Device Management (InTune preferred)
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic and a desire to work collaboratively across the organization.

Requirements

  • Associates or Bachelor degree in Information Technology/Information Systems, etc.
  • 2-5 years experience (preferably in finance and/or telecom)
