Ecovask is on the hunt for a Sales & Marketing Administrator who can keep the details tight while we grow. This role is for someone who’s systems-smart, proactive, and genuinely helpful - the kind of person who makes things easier for everyone.
No two days are the same and priorities can change quickly, so flexibility and a good attitude matter a lot.
The roleYou’ll be the calm, capable support behind our sales and marketing engine - keeping customer comms humming, assets organised, and systems clean and reliable.
Sales Support & Customer Onboarding Admin
Support wholesale customer onboarding and set-up processes
Maintain records, assets, and materials required for wholesale customers
Assist with sales admin, follow-ups, and internal coordination as needed
Website & Product System Administration
Maintain and update B2C website content and product information
Set up new products in Unleashed, ensuring correct details, pricing, SKUs, and imagery
Maintain product data accuracy across systems (website, inventory, catalogues where relevant)
Design, POS & Asset Creation
Create and update in-store POS and wholesale support assets
Assist with catalogue updates and creation (Canva)
Maintain an organised image library, file naming, and version control
Ensure all customer-facing assets are consistent, accurate, and on-brand
Email Comms & Marketing Calendar Administration
Build and schedule email communications (templates, basic layout, links, proofing)
Administer the marketing calendar and campaign schedule
Coordinate product launches and key dates with internal teams
Support reporting and lists/segments (as applicable)
Social Media Content Support (Creation + coordination)
Create on-brand social media content in Canva (static posts, carousels, simple story assets)
Repurpose existing brand photography into content layouts
Support basic scheduling and content coordination (platform dependent)
Keep content organised and aligned to campaign priorities
Customer Service & Admin Support
Assist with customer service and complaints, ensuring timely, calm resolution
Provide general admin support across the team as needed
Support operations and fulfilment admin during peak periods if required
Be ready to jump in where needed, this is small-team life.
Are tech-savvy and confident working across tools like Unleashed, Shopify, Canva and cloud-based platforms (or you learn fast)
Are customer-focused, with a helpful tone and strong communication skills
Are highly organised, self-motivated, and great at juggling multiple moving parts
Have sharp attention to detail, you spot the missing link, the incorrect SKU, the outdated file
Stay calm and capable when priorities shift
Have a proactive mindset, you take ownership, solve problems, and anticipate what’s needed
Enjoy working closely with a small team
Share our love for quality products, sustainability, and design-led thinking
Are happy to work alongside our office dog 🐾
REQUIRED
Relevant work experience is essential. Ideally;
Admin experience in any fast-paced environment (retail, eCom, office admin, sales support)
Strong attention to detail (product info accuracy, pricing, links, filenames, deadlines)
Comfortable using everyday tools: Share Point, LastPass, spreadsheets, email
Experience creating content for brands (social posts, emails, product pages, simple campaign assets)
Confident in Canva (not just opening it, actually building on-brand tiles, simple layouts, resizing for formats)
Can follow a brand style and keep things consistent (spacing, tone, naming files, using templates)
Can manage changing priorities without getting thrown
Proactive communicator (flags issues early, asks good questions, doesn’t wait to be chased)
Desired Skills & Experience
Shopify experience (product listings, collections, basic edits)
Experience with email marketing tools (Klaviyo)
Basic content scheduling tools
Simple photo/video capture on iPhone and light editing
Wholesale/B2B admin experience (line sheets, onboarding, order forms)
