Glasshouse Digital is seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Performance Digital Manager to own performance across our diverse client base. You won’t just run ads - you will own the strategy, drive ROI and lead the performance media function.

1. Execution & Technical Mastery
Hands-On Campaign Management: Build and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
Technical Setup: Lead complex technical implementations, including GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel and attribution framework setup.
Optimisation: Drive performance through rigorous creative testing, audience segmentation and automation with meticulous attention to detail.
2. Strategic Leadership & Accountability
Portfolio Oversight: Oversee the media performance and strategic direction for our non-property portfolio, spanning medium-to-large e-commerce and service businesses.
Executive Reporting: Deliver detailed performance reviews and strategic insights directly to the CEO.
Client Communication: Lead the preparation of comprehensive performance reports (monthly, quarterly and annual) for client stakeholders.
Operational Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to our operational processes and evolve our tech stack for efficiency and competitive advantage.
Team Support & Mentorship: Mentor the team and provide hands-on support, troubleshooting, and senior guidance when needed.
Remuneration: $90,000 – $135,000 (dependent on experience)
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
Experience: 3+ years of dedicated, hands-on performance media experience (agency or client-side).
Budget Management: Proven success managing significant annual media budgets across a diverse portfolio.
Leadership: A history of formal or informal team management, with a passion for mentoring junior talent.
Platform Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and GTM.
Analytical Rigour: Strong analytical skills (Advanced Excel/Sheets, pivot tables) and the ability to turn data into insightful narratives.
Advanced Capabilities: Familiarity with LTV:CPA modelling, incrementality testing, and deep data visualisation.
