The Opportunity
A rare opportunity is now available for a highly capable and experienced digital technology leader to join the Unison Networks team in the role of Group Chief Digital Officer, based at their Hastings Head Office. This position sits within the Executive Management Team (EMT) at Unison, reflecting the seniority and strategic importance of this key role.
Reporting to Unison’s Group Chief Executive Officer, you will provide leadership and strategic management to Unison’s Digital Technologies Group (DTG), comprising a team of customer-focused digital information technology professionals.
Specifically, you will assume responsibility for the following Group functions:
Data and information management
Digital strategy
Information systems management
Business intelligence and reporting systems
Information security and cyber security
What You’ll Bring
Relevant Executive-level experience in comparable digital information leadership roles, ideally within large, complex organisations
Proven senior management experience with the ability to lead, inspire and motive a team
Innovative and strategic in your approach
A successful track record in delivering results; the “execution” of strategy is a key focus for this role
Highly proficient across modern digital tools, methodologies and platforms, including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Enterprise Information Systems, Mobility Solutions, Business Intelligence (BI), Cyber Security, and so on
Strong communication and relationship building skills, at all levels
