Ghost Street is an interactive product design studio creating digital products that make a difference. We're looking for a senior commercial leader to drive our growth and operational excellence.
As Head of Sales & Operations, you'll own our commercial success and operational delivery. This is a genuine leadership position with room to grow into a GM role as we scale.
You'll lead business development from pipeline to close, manage delivery operations, and work directly with our founding team to shape the company's direction.
What you'll do:
Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature
Identify new market opportunities and build our client base
Oversee project delivery operations ensuring quality and profitability
Establish scalable processes and systems
Build and lead a high-performing team
Influence strategic direction alongside studio leadership
You bring 7+ years of senior commercial or operational experience from digital agencies, SaaS businesses, or service-based companies. You've won significant B2B relationships, managed operations, and understand what makes service businesses tick.
You're equally comfortable pitching to clients and optimising delivery workflows. You thrive on building structure whilst maintaining the agility that growing businesses need. You're ready for a role where your impact is visible and your growth path is clear.
You'll have:
Proven track record in B2B sales within digital or professional services
CRM and pipeline management expertise
Operational management experience in a service or product environment
Strong commercial acumen and data-driven approach
Natural leadership ability with collaborative style
Experience building processes that scale
Bonus points for:
Background in digital product development, UX/UI, or web development sectors
AI fluency in a sales capacity
Experience in scale-up environments
Senior role with clear path to general management
Direct influence on company strategy
