We’re seeking a Senior Security Technician who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to take on a challenging faults role with the support of an innovative and driven company.
Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in the security industry

Expertise:
Gallagher; including integrations, logics, macros, action plans
ICT, Integriti & Tecom
Network structure, router configuration, firewalls, VLANs, VM environments & configuration
Understanding of cloud systems
Remote troubleshooting ability
Client Focused: Outstanding relationship-building skills to deliver excellent customer experiences.
Team Spirit: A collaborative mindset and excitement to work within a supportive, high-performing team.
Self-motivation: Exceptional time management and communication skills to keep projects on track.
Bring your expertise to challenging fault situations and ensure every project is executed to the highest standard.
Collaborate with the team to drive growth and success while developing your own skills further.
