Fairview is looking for an experienced Marketing Wizard to lead their marketing activities across 5 locations in Waikato.

About the Role
Reporting to the Dealer Principal, you will be driving marketing activities for all Fairviews across the Waikato. This position will suit a true all-rounder and will have responsibility for everything from campaign creation and execution to website maintenance to maintaining stock of POS material.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Skills & Experience
Our next Marketing Manager will preferably have a tertiary qualification in Marketing with a track record that shows success. We need a digital specialist who stays current with trends and can develop campaigns and strategies that separate Fairview from the rest.
Marketing Strategy and Execution:
· Implement Marketing Campaigns within the Waikato region to achieve our Dealership targets
· Develop medium- and long-term strategies that grow our online identity , audience and consideration in the market
· Reporting and budget management including tracking all campaign activities, metrics and spending
· Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
· Foster collaborative internal and external stakeholders, third party relationship including Agencies, OEMs and other industry stakeholders.
· Monitor our showrooms with fresh eyes so our retail environment remains fresh and engaging
· Support all our sales and branch managers to develop ideas that create activity
Customer Service Leadership:
· Design and oversee our customer retention programs
· Monitor all social accounts and Google to ensure appropriate communication with customers
· Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex issues efficiently
· Monitor lead management to ensure all teams are using our systems correctly
Team Management:
· Foster a collaborative and positive team environment
· Communicate campaign progress with sales teams
· Report on sales effectiveness with generated leads
