About the Role
As a Client Success Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring seamless service delivery and an outstanding customer experience. From onboarding new clients through to ongoing support and optimisation, you'll provide expert guidance, resolve issues efficiently, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance value. This is a relationship-driven role where responsiveness, attention to detail, and commercial awareness are key.
What You'll Be Doing
Acting as the day-to-day contact for a portfolio of clients
Leading client onboarding and training to ensure a smooth start
Responding to queries and troubleshooting issues promptly and professionally
Proactively identifying ways to improve client outcomes and user experience
Coordinating with internal teams to deliver reporting, insights, and solutions
Supporting retention, renewals, and growth opportunities within accounts
Building strong, trusted relationships that drive long-term satisfaction
What We're Looking For
Experience in customer success, account management, or client services
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client services
Exceptional communication skills – written and verbal
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Confidence working with data, dashboards, or reporting tools
Basic familiarity with data, dashboards, or reporting tools required
The ability to build credibility and trust with a wide range of stakeholders
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Experience in media, communications, SaaS, or data-driven environments is a bonus
Must have New Zealand work rights
