Victor Contractors is growing, and we’re looking for a Technical AV Specialist to join our high-performing team. This role spans high-end residential properties and corporate/commercial environments, delivering integrated technology solutions at the top end of the market.
You’ll be working on exclusive, architecturally designed properties as well as corporate and commercial projects, with exposure to cutting-edge systems and clients who expect quality, precision, and professionalism.
About the Role
This is a full lifecycle technical role — not just installation. You’ll be involved from early project stages through to handover, including:
Technical quoting and system specification
Concept design and technical drawings
Procurement of AV, automation, and network equipment
Installation and integration of systems
Commissioning and fault-finding post-installation
End-user training and client handover
Completion documentation and as-built records
Technical Scope
You’ll work across a wide range of systems, including:
Commercial AV systems
High-end home and commercial automation
Wi-Fi systems, structured networks & gateways
CCTV and access control systems
Data and low-voltage electrical work
Lighting control systems (KNX, DALI experience highly regarded)
What We’re Looking For
Experience in AV, automation, or integrated technology environments
Strong understanding of networking, Wi-Fi, and IP-based systems
Confidence working across residential properties and corporate/commercial sites
Experience with electrical data and structured cabling (preferred)
Lighting control programming (KNX / DALI is a strong advantage)
A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in delivery
A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and upskill
Professional presentation and confidence dealing directly with clients
