Head of Digital Strategy & Performance / Senior Digital Performance Manager
Glasshouse Digital is seeking a Head of Digital Strategy & Performance to own our digital roadmap and build the delivery engine for our next phase of growth.
You won’t just run ads - you will own the strategy, lead client relationships and architect the internal systems that ensure our delivery is consistently elite.
We are New Zealand’s leader in marketing real estate development projects, having delivered 450+ residential and commercial projects for the country’s top real estate firms and publicly listed companies. Beyond property, we manage a diverse portfolio of e-commerce and service-based businesses, running campaigns across New Zealand and into International markets.
This is a pivotal role for a performance expert who is ready to move away from being on the tools day in day out, and is looking to take the next step into a role responsible for strategy client management and building our internal capabilities.
💼 Why Glasshouse Digital
Salary: $110,000 – $130,000
Growth: Partner with the CEO to scale our E-commerce and Service-based divisions.

📌 What You’ll Do
Strategic Ownership: Own the performance direction and digital strategy for our medium-to-large e-commerce and service portfolio.
Systems Architecture: Build and refine the processes and workflows that drive our delivery. You will design the framework that ensures our campaigns consistently hit targets as we scale.
Client Leadership: Lead key client meetings, present high-level strategy and ensure our campaigns are performing exceptionally.
Resourcing: Manage our internal and external teams. You’ll set the standards that ensure our quality remains high.
Strategic Execution: While your focus is strategic, you are happy to roll up your sleeves and get on the tools when the situation calls for it.
✅ What We’re Looking For
3 to 5+ years of hands-on performance media experience. You’ve mastered the tools, and now you’re ready to focus on the big-picture strategy and systems that make an agency run.
Commercially sharp and highly analytic with strong attention to detail.
Confident in working in a fast paced business.
Structured and calm in your leadership style
Proven track record managing large annual budgets.
Advanced Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and GTM.
You love being "on the tools" but think three steps ahead strategically.
Strong understanding of ROAS, LTV and scaling online brands.
