This role is a key role within the business to ensure the wider organisation is communicating and effectively utilising technology and the technology team.
What you’ll lead & influence:
- Lead the full technology function (including team) and operating model across strategy, architecture, delivery, data and enablement
- Design and own enterprise technology, ensuring platforms are simple, scalable and integrated effectively
- Stand up and lead a Technology Enablement team to drive process improvement, system adoption and continuous enhancement
- Partner with leaders across the business to translate strategy into executable digital initiatives and an aligned, modern roadmap
- Oversee operational stability, delivery cadence, vendor management and commercial performance of all technology partners
- Provide strong governance oversight, ensuring clear communication of risks, progress and investment recommendations
What you bring: - Senior leadership experience across technology or digital within a scaling or evolving organisation
- Proven experience designing and operating technology operating models (ideally within a FMCG or consumer based company that holds stock)
- Strong commercial judgement across vendor relationships, investment decisions and cost optimisation
- A pragmatic, execution‑focused leadership style with a drive for simplification and repeatable operating rhythms
- Ability to work confidently between strategy and hands‑on delivery, building capability rather than dependency
