Senior Security Technician – Faults & Integrations

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Security Technician to take on a specialist faults and troubleshooting role working with advanced integrated security environments.
The Role
This isn’t entry level. And it’s not a desk job.
You’ll be working on complex integrated security systems, diagnosing faults, resolving system issues and supporting high-level security environments.
You’ll work across technologies including Gallagher, ICT, Integriti and Tecom, alongside integrated CCTV and network infrastructure.
Your work will involve:
Diagnosing and resolving complex system faults
Supporting high-level integrated security environments
Advanced remote troubleshooting
Working with network infrastructure and system integrations
Collaborating with our technical team to deliver the best outcomes for clients
If you enjoy technical problem solving, system logic and figuring out how things really work, you’ll love this role.
What You’ll Bring:
We’re looking for a highly capable technician, not someone still learning the ropes.
You’ll need to have:
8+ years in the electronic security industry
Extensive experience with Gallagher; including integrations, logics, macros, action plans as evidenced with a Gallagher Engineer or Integrator Licence.
Experience with ICT, Integriti or Tecom
Solid networking knowledge (routers, VLANs, firewalls, VM environments)
Understanding of cloud-connected systems
Exceptional time management and communication skills to keep projects on track.

Outstanding relationship-building skills to deliver excellent customer experiences.
Most importantly, you take pride in solving problems properly, not just patching them.
