Optic Security Group (OSG) are looking for a Commercial Account Manager to join the fold with this newly created position. Be the driving force between the business and one of our key accounts, ensuring key deliverables and project specific outcomes are achieved efficiently and the overall engagement is successful. You'll provide exceptional customer service, being in-tune with the clients' needs and expectations, along with maintaining a strong working relationship throughout.
As the Commercial Account Manager at OSG, you will serve as the primary point of contract, working with internal and external teams, as well as key stakeholders, to ensure the projects delivery success and that we have met agreed requirements.
Duties Snapshot:
- Manage the client relationship, understanding client needs and ensuring clear communication regarding performance and improvements.
- Manage any issues that arise during the project, effectively communicating between teams and relevant stakeholders, coordinating solutions and ensuring timely resolution.
- Proactively ensure all project deliverables are received by the appropriate teams in an accurate and timely way.
- Oversee technical delivery on sites to ensure a consistent standard of excellence is upheld.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and quality of work with a focus on continuous improvement, implementing changes that enhance service quality.

What you'll bring
- Previous experience as a Commercial Manager, Key Account Manager, Programme Manager or Service Delivery Manager will be key to your success!
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - comfortable calling the shots and getting the right people to hustle.
- A driven attitude to take the bull by the horns and get the job done while maintaining positive relationships on both sides.
- The ability to problem solve, proactively offer solutions to meet the needs the delivery.
- Relevant experience in the security industry is advantageous.
You will have a positive attitude and be someone who can work seamlessly between teams towards a shared goal. You'll combine your skills in communication and interpersonal awareness, seeing the big picture in building a strong relationship for the future.
