This is a senior role for someone with 10+ years in digital agency environments with experience in marketing, online commerce and broader digital ecosystems.
About the role
You’ll lead your clients through strategy, road mapping and requirements definition and ensure the right work gets delivered in the right way.
This role is hands-on and commercially focused, requiring someone who can listen, consult, advise, and deliver meaningful day-to-day digital value.
You will have a proven ability to build trusted client relationships that lead to long-term partnerships and new opportunities. You will partner clients through high-end, complex and interesting digital projects that span the full online landscape - from digital marketing through user experience design, build, and ongoing optimisation.
You’ll also be comfortable managing smaller packets of work through the studio, ensuring consistent delivery and quality outcomes.
This role offers exposure to a wide range of industries and the opportunity to work with high-budget, digitally savvy clients who value strategic thinking and execution in results focused digital.
We’re looking for someone pragmatic, accountable, and delivery-focused - someone who takes ownership, leads from the front, and gets things done.
What you’ll bring
10+ years’ experience in agency account management or related roles
Confidence working with both business stakeholders and technical teams and building relationships to become a trusted advisor
Proven experience in digital marketing, UX/UI, complex digital projects, with a particular focus on online commerce
Strong consulting capability — able to listen, advise and translate client needs into actionable digital solutions
Comfortable managing both large-scale initiatives and smaller streams of work through a studio environment
A practical, commercially minded approach with accountability for outcomes
