We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and support a number of different IT projects for a large government department. In this role, you will be working as part of a small project team (consisting of Business Analysis and Enterprise Architecture expertise) to lead project deliverables.
In this role, you can expect to apply core Project Management skills and responsibilities, including developing project delivery plans, managing RAID logs, and providing regular progress reporting. The types of projects you can expect to encounter include:
- Power Platform Enhancements
- Identity & Teams Phone Migration
- Contact Centre Upgrade

Who's the Client?This role will see you working within a large government department based in Wellington CBD.
What you'll bring - At least ten years of professional Project Management experience
- Experience delivering end‑to‑end IT and Digital projects (such as
system implementations, cloud migrations and infrastructure upgrades) - Exceptional stakeholder and vendor management
- Strong documentation skills
- An ability to bring structure and clarity to complex technology delivery
