THE ROLE
The Digital Campaign Specialist is a proactive, detail-driven and creative role within the Trilogy Digital team. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Specialist, this position plays a key role in bringing Trilogy’s digital content and campaign strategy to life across direct, organic and paid channels.
You will support the growth of the Trilogy brand by coordinating and executing digital campaigns in line with the Digital and Marketing Calendars, ensuring all activity aligns with our brand communication pillars. The role is focused on driving brand awareness, traffic, conversion and repeat purchase, while optimising performance across key digital channels.
You enjoy the creative process of planning and executing campaigns that support the wider marketing strategy, and you’re comfortable balancing creative execution with data-led decision making. As an excellent communicator, you’ll work cross-functionally within a close‑knit team to ensure customer needs and business objectives are consistently met. This is a full-time, permanent position based at Trilogy’s Britomart Head Office in Auckland, with the option to work from home two days per week (Wednesday and Friday).
Digital Campaigns - Support the implementation of Trilogy’s digital marketing strategy in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Specialist
- Coordinate the execution of online campaigns, including promotions and new product launches
- Assist with end-to-end campaign planning in line with the marketing promotional calendar and brand communication pillars
- Execute strategies to improve campaign performance and engagement, contributing to ROI and CPA optimisation
- Support campaign reporting and insights for internal stakeholders
- Assist with building and maintaining reporting dashboards
- Track and update campaign budgets and spend daily across key tracking sheets
eCommerce & Onsite Optimisation - Set up and enrich products across Trilogy websites, including imagery, video, product copy, configuration, merchandising and NPD support
- Analyse and report on key online performance metrics to inform merchandising decisions and drive online sales
- Support the Digital Sales Manager with onsite marketing, merchandising and product management initiatives
- Sense-check websites to ensure content aligns with current marketing activity
- Create SEO-optimised blogs and website content
- Coordinate the digital marketing calendar to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
- Use keyword research, customer insights and data to improve product and promotional content clarity
- Support ad hoc projects with the Digital Sales Manager as required
- Drive efficiency and effectiveness through the use of technology across all areas of responsibility
Email Marketing - Develop, brief and accurately schedule email campaigns in line with the marketing calendar
- Build and manage EDMs in Klaviyo, ensuring accuracy across content, links, segmentation and scheduling
- Monitor, analyse and report on email campaign performance
- Collaborate with the Digital Sales Manager to maintain and optimise automated flows and pop-ups
- Execute A/B testing across subject lines, send times and creative to continuously improve results
- Segment audiences based on behaviour and engagement to deliver personalised communications
- Identify opportunities to improve deliverability, database health and compliance with privacy and anti‑spam regulations
