What's on offer?
We are on the hunt for a skilled IT Support Engineer to join a small project team to support users following a round of hardware deployments. The purpose of this role is to supplement our client's main Service Desk in the anticipated increase in tickets following the rollout.
Who's the Client?This role will be based onsite with a public sector client based in Porirua. This role is office-based, so candidates will be required to travel to the Porirua office every day.
What you'll bring - At least five years of experience working as part of a IT service desk/help desk.
- Confident Level 1 and Level 2 technical support skills.
- Strong hardware troubleshooting skills across laptops, monitors, and docking stations.
- Experience working with ServiceNow.
- Excellent phone manner and a confident ability to support users through the troubleshooting process remotely via phone.
