We’re looking for a driven, people-first Store Manager to take the reins at our brand new Queenstown, NZ store opening early August 2026! . This is your chance to lead a passionate team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and make a real impact.

What you’ll be doing
Lead, coach and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
Drive sales performance and smash targets
Create a high-energy, positive store culture
Partner with your Optometrist to grow both retail and clinical success
Run a smooth, efficient operation—without ever compromising on service
What we’re looking for
Proven Store Management experience in Optics or Retail at a Senior Store Manager level (or equivalent)
A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
High energy and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership skills - you know how to motivate and develop a team
Commercial mindset with a drive to achieve results
