  • Participating in a shared on-call roster and completing scheduled after-hours maintenance when required.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • 8+ years of experience in ICT engineering or network infrastructure roles in a medium or large organisation.

  • Strong understanding of Windows and Linux server platforms, Office 365, AWS/Azure/Google Cloud, and cloud-hosted solutions.

  • Knowledge of firewalls, communication protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF), and system security tools.

  • Proven ability to lead or support technical aspects of infrastructure projects.

  • Commitment to collaboration, clear communication, and inclusive teamwork.

  • Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CCNA, MCSE, or similar.

  • Experience with automation tools (e.g., Ansible) is an advantage.

We welcome applications from people with a variety of backgrounds. If you meet most of the criteria, but not all, we still encourage you to apply.
