What you’ll do
As our Senior Manager Broadband & Mobile, you’ll lead the strategy, performance and growth of Genesis’ telecommunications products. You’ll oversee the Broadband and Mobile portfolio end-to-end, from working with partners through to commercial performance and customer experience.
Working across teams including Product, Marketing, Technology, Sales and Customer Operations, you’ll ensure Genesis delivers competitive, high-quality digital connectivity services that strengthen customer relationships and support long-term growth.
Some of your key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing the strategy for Genesis Broadband and Mobile
- Managing performance including revenue, growth and profitability
- Leading relationships with key telecommunications partners and suppliers
- Identifying new opportunities to enhance bundled energy and connectivity offers
- Ensuring quality of customer experience
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless product launches and enhancements
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to inform product strategy
What you’ll bring
You’re a commercially minded product leader who thrives in fast-moving markets. You combine strategic thinking with strong execution capability and enjoy working cross-functionally to deliver results.
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Experience in delivery and/or product development, ideally in telecommunications or digital services
- Strong commercial acumen and experience managing product P&L performance
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategy and drive growth
- Experience managing external partners and complex stakeholder environments
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Strong leadership capability and ability to influence across functions
- Curiosity and a growth mindset in a rapidly evolving digital market
