About the Role:
As a Client Success Manager, you are the bridge between ambitious digital strategy and flawless execution. You will drive eCommerce success by acting as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of clients, helping them refine their digital roadmaps and identifying growth opportunities across both monthly retainers and specialized projects.
This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of strategic thinking and rigorous project management. You’ll stay ahead of industry trends to provide "fresh ideas" that improve ROI, while ensuring that internal teams are aligned and tasks are delivered on time and within scope.

Client Strategy Development: Proactively brainstorm and implement tactical and strategic roadmaps that drive measurable business growth.
Retainer Management: Expertly manage client retainers, ensuring efficient use of hours and transparent communication to build long-term trust.
Project Orchestration: Set up projects, allocate tasks, and monitor timelines to ensure all deliverables are met on time and within scope.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain professional, same-day communication with clients, managing escalations and strengthening multi-stakeholder relationships.
Performance Reporting: Conduct regular quarterly reviews with actionable insights, aligning recommendations with client business objectives.
Operational Excellence: Maintain 100% compliance with daily time-tracking and documentation protocols to ensure resource transparency.
