The opportunity

Based in Putāruru, you will lead the day-to-day mahi on our Client/Patient Management System (CMS/PMS) and related digital platforms.

You will:

  • configure and improve the system alongside our vendor
  • embed workflows that reflect the Tiwai Hauora Practice and Outcomes frameworks
  • deliver hands-on training and coaching so kaimahi feel confident
  • keep data clean, secure, and useful for outcomes reporting
  • spot simple digital improvements that make whānau service smoother
  • support Tiwai Hauora services across the Raukawa takiwā in the South Waikato.

What you will bring:

  • Tertiary qualification in information systems, health/social informatics, data management, computer science, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience with CMS/PMS, CRM or other service-delivery platforms – s configuring, cleaning data and quality assurance, and day-to-day user support
  • Solid database and Microsoft 365 skills
  • Excellent communicator and trainer – skilled at helping kaimahi with varied digital confidence
  • Understanding of data governance, privacy, and Māori Data Sovereignty
  • Commitment to kaupapa Māori approaches and whānau-centred practice
  • Experience with system implementation, integration projects, and business intelligence tools would be considered advantageous.
