We're hiring a Digital Imaging Specialist
The role
We’re looking for someone to take ownership of one of the most important systems in our business: Our digital image ecosystem. Every artwork that moves through our businesses starts as, or becomes, a digital file. That file needs to be accurate, consistent, production-ready — and beautiful.
That’s where you come in. You are the gatekeeper of all imagery.
What you’ll own
Every digital artwork file in the business
Image quality + colour accuracy
Our digital asset system
The consistency of how our art shows up everywhere
What you’ll be doing
Photographing and scanning artworks
Retouching, colour correcting and preparing print-ready files
Creating imagery for campaigns, products and marketing
Managing and evolving our image library
Improving workflows as volume grows
Using AI productivity tools
You are
Meticulous
Calm under volume
Process-driven
Curious about technology
Interested in colour, print and image quality
A self-starter who takes ownership
A Photoshop pro, familiar with Topaz and a big fan of Shopify
