Vision Centre Optometrists is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Dispensing Optician / Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your optical expertise with leadership responsibilities in a well-established, family-focused practice.

About the Role
This is a hands-on role where you will lead the day-to-day running of the practice while delivering exceptional dispensing and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert frame styling, lens recommendations, and dispensing services
Lead, motivate, and support the team to achieve sales and service goals
Oversee daily operations including appointments, workflow, and customer experience
Maintain high presentation standards across the practice
Manage stock control, ordering, and merchandising
Build strong relationships with patients and ensure repeat business
Support business growth through local marketing and promotions
About You
Qualified Dispensing Optician (preferred)
Previous optical retail experience essential
Leadership or management experience highly regarded
Passion for customer service and helping people see their best
Strong sales confidence with a consultative approach
Organised, proactive, and solutions focused
Great communication skills and a positive attitude
