talent co:lab is a boutique recruitment consultancy partnering with SME businesses across New Zealand. We are proud to be supporting Fujifilm New Zealand with this appointment.

Are you a few years into your marketing career and starting to feel ready for more - more ownership, more variety, more impact? This could be the step you’re looking for.

We’re partnering with Fujifilm New Zealand, who are in a strong, continued growth phase and looking for a Marketing Manager to take the lead across a diverse portfolio of brands and channels.

Why this role could be your next move

Reporting to the General Manager – Imaging Solutions, you’ll be at the center of a fast-moving, multi-brand environment – managing a small team, driving campaigns, shaping strategy, and bringing globally recognised products to life in the NZ market.

You’ll be across:

  • 5 iconic brands each with different audiences.

  • Working on campaigns that require both creativity and commercial thinking.

  • Digital, retail, trade, and brand activity.

There’s also a lot happening in the business right now.

The X-Series brand has more than doubled in the past 3 years.

QuickSnap was relaunched in 2025 and has exploded to life with Gen Z.

The instax brand has grown to new heights post-Covid with sales double its previous peak.

A new House of Photography experience centre is launching - bringing together retail, interactive zones, a professional lounge, and a wholesale lab.

So there’s genuine momentum - and plenty of scope to contribute.

What you’ll own

You’ll lead and deliver marketing activity across both B2C and B2B channels, working closely with sales, product, and external partners. You will also lead, mentor, and inspire 2 direct reports.

This includes:

  • Planning and running campaigns across multiple brands.

  • Driving digital activity (social, EDMs, eCommerce and database marketing).

  • Managing PR, media, and influencer activity.

  • Supporting trade and retail marketing initiatives.

  • Balancing multiple priorities while keeping things moving.

It’s a fast paced role where you’ll need to be comfortable balancing competing demands and switching between strategy and execution.

What you’ll bring

This role will suit someone with 5+ years’ marketing experience who is ready to step into something broader.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Experience in consumer brand marketing.

  • Strong digital marketing capability.

  • Confidence communicating ideas and presenting to others.

  • Someone outgoing, with energy and a passion for driving ideas and delivering results.

  • The ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.

  • A practical mindset - someone who gets things done.

An interest in new tools and ways of working, including AI in marketing, would be ideal.
