We are seeking a Senior Project Manager for Transformation Tribe across Digital Channels Cloud and CX.


This role sits within the Transformation Tribe and focuses on delivering initiatives across digital channels, cloud platforms, and customer experience technologies. This is a great opportunity to work on a large-scale digital and customer experience transformation programme within a fast-paced telco environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex transformation projects
  • Manage large enterprise -scale projects withing digital and technology environments
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across digital, application and integration domains
  • Manage timelines, risks, dependencies and stakeholder engagement
Key Experience Required
  • 10 years’ experience as a Project Manager
  • Strong understanding of telco application ecosystems, including:
    • Online CRM
    • Product Catalogue
    • Order Fulfilment
    • Billing platforms
    • Middleware and system integration
  • Solid understanding of APIs and how systems integrate
  • Working knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO)
