As a key member of our client success team, you will play a critical role in driving partnership growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. The role is HYBRID, with 2 days from home and 3 days in our Takapuna office, close to the main bus stop and a stone’s throw from the beach and all other amenities that Takapuna has to offer.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure their satisfaction with our services.

  • Be there for your clients and the internal teams to ensure we all get a result

  • Maintain and grow relationships with clients to increase revenue and maximise client retention.

  • Relationship building and retention is your core focus

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase account revenue.

  • Create and deliver effective presentations and proposals to clients that showcase our offerings and meet their unique needs.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and projects are completed on time and within budget.

  • Manage client contracts, including renewals and negotiations.

  • Track and report on account performance, including revenue and client satisfaction metrics.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations.

  • Keeping our CRM (accelo) updated with client feedback

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years experience in digital account management.

  • Commercial acumen - able to talk business to business owners

  • Able to hold sophisticated meetings with Marketing Managers and C Level Executives

  • Proven track record of success in managing client relationships and increasing revenue.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organisational skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, and Web Development.

  • Proficiency with CRMs and Reporting software (GA4, agency analytics, search console)

  • Strong negotiating skills.

  • Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.

  • Willingness to learn and work within our proven account management process.

  • Strong personal time management skills.

  • Client-facing meetings expert both in person and online.
