What's on offer?
With our client on the lookout for an additional IT Support Engineer covering the level one & two space, we need you!
This role will see you responsible for supporting all devices within their digital workspace, their applications and of course, most importantly, their business users via both onsite and remote support. You'll be responsible for Windows 11, Intune, M365 and SharePoint administration, as well as providing end-user support and training for hardware and software.

Supporting 800 users onsite, this 12-month independent contract will see you onsite full-time, with work from home every now and then. Some travel to local regional sites may also be required every 6-8 weeks to support another engineer, however this is on an as needed basis.

Key Duties Include:
  • Provide assistance with the maintenance and support of audio and video conference units - Microsoft Teams-based.
  • Assisting with the continuous delivery and deployment of Windows 11.
  • Ensure that equipment is managed and maintained in line with contractual requirements and industry practices.
  • Monitor changes to ensure that new services have impacts managed and that existing systems will not be adversely affected by their implementation.
  • Be an on-site contact for new starters to support the initial setup of Laptops and Mobiles where required.
What you'll bring
  • At least 3-years supporting Windows 11, Intune and Office 365 at the enterprise level.
  • Experience with PowerShell and SCCM, as well as application support and application packaging tools.
  • Demonstrated experience with Active Directory and Group Policy Management, planning, configuration and management of ADFS.
  • Experience delivering and supporting Exchange Online, MS Teams, Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams.
  • Valid Drivers Licence is required
