Your new role:
As Manager – Digital Services, you will take ownership of digital delivery across enterprise applications, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on leadership. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders and regional teams to ensure solutions are aligned, scalable, and deliver real business value.
Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end delivery across digital initiatives and platforms
• Provide architecture oversight to ensure scalable and secure solutions
• Drive platform modernisation initiatives (e.g. Oracle to APEX)
• Partner with business and project teams on delivery planning and execution
• Lead and develop a high-performing technical team
• Ensure strong governance, risk management and delivery standards
• Collaborate with APAC stakeholders on regional platform alignment
Requirements:
• Proven experience leading technology or digital delivery teams
• Background in software development, data or enterprise applications
• Strong experience with Oracle environments (Forms, APEX, databases)
• Understanding of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery models
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience in complex enterprise environments (financial services ideal)
• Exposure to Salesforce or similar platforms is beneficial
