At Luxe Cinemas, we’re all about creating a premium, welcoming, and memorable cinema experience and we’re looking for a passionate and capable Operations & Marketing Manager to lead our team and oversee the ongoing success of our brand.
This is a hands-on, varied role that blends operational leadership with creative marketing. You’ll be overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of both Luxe Cinemas locations, while also shaping how our brand is presented.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Business Oversight

  • Supporting and guiding Managers across both locations, staying closely connected to daily operations

  • Curating our film programme, including film selection, booking and weekly scheduling

  • Liaise with Directors, providing updates and contributing to strategic decisions

  • Overseeing and evolving our food and beverage offering to keep it fresh, relevant and aligned with our brand

  • Work alongside Managers to ensure compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements

  • Coordinate and carry out occasional operational logistics, including procurement of supplies and inter-site coordination and transport of materials

  • Step in to cover shifts when required due to staff absences or operational needs

  • Plan, coordinate and oversee special events and promotional activations

Marketing & Brand Management

  • Managing our social media channels, maintaining a consistent and engaging presence

  • Keeping our website fresh, accurate and visually appealing

  • Designing eye-catching graphics, posters and in-cinema materials

  • Crafting our weekly email newsletters to connect with our audience

  • Exploring new and creative ways to grow our reach and keep our community engaged

  • Acting as a guardian of the Luxe Cinemas brand - ensuring everything we do feels considered, cohesive and a little bit special

About You

  • A highly organised and proactive all-rounder with strong problem-solving skills

  • Self-motivated and confident working independently, with a strong sense of ownership

  • Personable and approachable, with the ability to build great relationships across the team

  • Creative and detail-oriented, with an eye for design and presentation

  • Ideally experienced in marketing and/or hospitality or entertainment management

  • Someone who genuinely loves film, people, and creating great experiences

  • A Duty Manager’s certificate will eventually be required for this role, but we are happy to arrange the qualification for the right candidate

The Details

  • Full-time, fixed-term position for 12 months, with the possibility of extension for the right candidate and business needs

  • Primarily Monday to Friday, with flexible hours (we’re happy to work around school runs or similar commitments)

  • Occasional weekend work required for event support or operational cover
