About the business:

Nose to Tail is a growing pet care business offering dog grooming, hydrotherapy, DIY dog wash services, and retail products both in-store and online. The business is focused on strengthening its digital presence and expanding its product range.

About the role:

This is a hands-on full-time role supporting the growth of both service bookings and retail sales. The position requires coordination across digital marketing, customer engagement, and day-to-day commercial activities in a multi-channel business environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing digital marketing initiatives to improve customer engagement and service bookings

  • Planning and managing social media content, including promotional, educational, and customer-focused campaigns

  • Supporting online sales activities, including maintaining product listings, promotions, and website content

  • Analysing customer engagement, booking trends, and sales performance to support business improvements

  • Coordinating promotional activities across both service offerings and retail products

  • Supporting improvements to digital tools, including customer booking systems and online experience

  • Assisting with the promotion and performance of newly introduced product ranges

  • Working closely with business owners to support ongoing business development and operational improvements

About you:

  • Relevant bachelor level or higher qualification or experience in business, marketing, or a related field

  • Experience in marketing, promotions, or campaign coordination

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital tools

  • Comfortable working across both digital platforms and day-to-day business operations

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a small business environment

  • Ability to analyse information and contribute to business improvement initiatives

  • Ability to work in a hands-on role within a small, growing business environment
