About Us

Video Display Hire & Sales are a Digital Signage Tech Company currently expanding their market share with a drive for new business across Auckland.

We sell a range of 40+ LED & LCD Digital Signage products with something to suit every budget and business. Indoor, Outdoor, Battery Powered, Fixed & portable screens. All powered by our cloud based software solution allowing clients to remotely manage and control their content.

Clients range from small business through to Corporate & Govt clients.

The office is based in Albany with a full showroom to bring clients through. You will be on the road 3-4 days per week doing in person demos of our portable displays. The work environment is very non corporate so you will enjoy the relaxed atmosphere but be able to self motivate. You will report to a local Team Leader who is also actively selling so a great resource and support. On a weekly basis you will report to the Brisbane Sales Manager.

The average sale is over $10k making comms very attractive. Most clients also buy on a Lease to Own plan with pricing starting from just $16 per week, meaning price is rarely an objection.

The screens are new, unique to market and exciting meaning it becomes an emotional sale and the market potential is huge. Less than 5% of potential clients have Digital Signage meaning its wide open for a hungry BDM looking to make a great living while most importantly having fun!

Are you a hunter of new business opportunities and have a proven track record of closing deals in B2B industries? Are you passionate about technology and the potential it holds for businesses of all sizes? Then we want you!

Video Display are seeking a New Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team and drive growth in the greater Auckland region of our cutting-edge portable digital displays. You will be responsible for hunting new clients, leveraging your existing contacts, and closing deals. We have a great lead generation machine that will compliment your hunting with daily leads from Social Media & Google.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify and close new business opportunities

  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets

  • Collaborate with the sales team to share and learn from proven strategies

  • Report to the QLD based Sales Manager

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in selling B2B to businesses of all sizes

  • A love of the 'Hunt', this is not an Account Management behind a desk role

  • Strong network of existing contacts

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to self motivate and manage your time efficiently
