We need a Head of Marketing who can build the machine while running it. Someone who leads from the front, builds leaders underneath them, and leaves a real mark on a company with a genuine mission.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You won’t be inheriting a polished department. You’ll be building one.

That means you’ll be hands-on during the build phase executing while you hire, coaching while you deliver, and raising the standard of thinking across the team as you go. This isn’t for someone who needs a perfect set-up before they can perform.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

1. Build a High-Performance Marketing Department

Lead, coach, and develop 10+ team members across:

• Social, Content & YouTube

• Design

• Events & activations

• Partnerships

• Digital ads, automation & funnel ops

• Data

• Ecommerce

• Fit-outs and signage

Your job is to raise the standard of thinking and execution, clarify roles, build leaders beneath you not dependents and hold people accountable to outcomes, not effort.

2. Own Revenue Outcomes

You are accountable for lead volume, cost efficiency, ROAS and CAC discipline, revenue contribution, event success rates, and strategic alignment with Sales.

You bring direct response mastery across:

• Offer positioning and funnel optimisation

• Conversion psychology and performance creative

• Scaling paid traffic (Meta and Google primarily)

3. Bridge Online + Offline Growth

We’re not a single-channel business. You’ll integrate:

• Meta performance marketing

• YouTube growth and authority positioning

• In-person events

• Strategic partnerships

You know how to turn events into content, content into authority, authority into leads, and leads into revenue.

4. Set Standards & Systems

• Establish execution rhythm and reporting cadence with clear KPIs

• Remove low-impact activity

• Act as final quality control on messaging and positioning

• Ensure clarity across international teams

You create calm, clarity, and momentum.

HOW YOU’LL OPERATE

WHO YOU ARE

You’re an experienced, proactive executive not a tactician hiding from responsibility.

You bring:

• 5+ years leading marketing teams, including managing managers

• Direct response expertise at a meaningful scale

• Performance marketing depth and experience with paid media

• Proven ability to scale departments, not just campaigns

• Comfort working directly alongside founders

You are calm under pressure, intense when it counts, standards-driven, decisive, and growth-oriented.
