This is a varied, end-to-end campaign management role where you’ll lead the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns aligned to strategic business objectives. You’ll take ownership of the full campaign lifecycle — from upfront planning and insight development through to execution, optimisation and performance analysis — ensuring campaigns deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, agency partners, and wider brand, marketing and customer experience teams, you’ll develop insightful campaign briefs, contribute strategic thinking, and guide recommendations around audience targeting, messaging, channels and campaign approach. You’ll combine data, analytics and creative thinking to continually optimise performance, apply learnings, and ensure all activity is accountable, measurable and commercially effective.
This role sits within a high-performing marketing team focused on acquisition, retention, growth and win-back initiatives. Alongside a fantastic Marketing Lead and cross-functional squads, you’ll play a key role in driving integrated campaigns that deliver real impact.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading end-to-end campaign management and delivery across multiple channels
Using data, customer insights and audience segmentation to inform campaign strategy and targeting
Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, agency partners and cross-functional teams
Developing clear, informed briefs and ensuring alignment on objectives and outcomes
Monitoring campaign performance, reporting on results and identifying optimisation opportunities
Applying strategic thinking while also remaining hands-on in day-to-day campaign execution
We’re looking for someone with around 7+ years’ marketing experience and a proven track record delivering successful integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You’ll bring strong commercial acumen, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
You’ll also have experience:
Planning, executing and evaluating campaigns to maximise ROI
Translating campaign data into actionable insights and recommendations
Managing timelines, budgets and competing priorities in fast-paced environments
Collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams
Previous experience in direct marketing would be advantageous, as would experience working within squads or agile environments. Backgrounds within telco, software, manufacturing or utilities industries would also be highly regarded.
