About the role:

This role is primarily focused on storytelling and people-facing employment support, with a secondary focus on supporting and improving our digital systems, CRM, and internal processes. It will focus on providing support for an upcoming government funded initiative supporting youth into employment.

Most of your time will be spent working directly with young jobseekers aged 18 - 24, using digital tools to help them understand and tell their story in a clear, confident, and authentic way, and supporting interview preparation so that when opportunities are created, they are ready to perform at their best and hvae the best chance at securing employment outcomes.

Alongside this, you will also support the systems that underpin our work, helping maintain and improve CRM data, supporting workflows and processes, and contributing to the ongoing development of digital systems that ensure everything we do is accurate, structured, and scalable.

This role suits someone who is naturally people-focused, a strong communicator, and equally knows how to critically think to solve problems, making systems and processes better. You will be someone who enjoys both human connection and structured problem-solving.

What you'll be doing:

  • Play a key role in turning lived experience into compelling, real-world employment narratives. You will be working directly with jobseekers, using digital tools, to help them tell their story clearly, confidently, and authentically.

  • Assist with interview preparation so jobseekers are ready to perform strongly when employment opportunities arise

  • Assist in improving workflows, systems, and internal processes for both internal staff and external customers, supporting delivery while providing technical support to customers.

  • Work closely with the wider team to ensure people, systems, and storytelling are aligned

What we're looking for:

  • Someone with a great attitude who is confident working with people in a supportive, practical, and encouraging way.

  • Use initiative to solve real world problems but equally not be afraid to ask for help when you are unsure.

  • Comfortable working with (or learning) CRM systems and digital tools, prior experience is helpful but not essential as full training will be provided

  • Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment

  • A team player who is happy to support others and take initiative when needed
