We are seeking an experienced and values-driven Marketing, Digital & Communications Manager to lead our marketing, digital and communications function at a critical time of organisational transformation and growth.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and leading a small, capable team, this leadership role is responsible for strengthening our brand, enhancing digital performance, and driving measurable impact across community engagement, fundraising, and retail outcomes.

Harbour Hospice is one of the largest hospices in Aotearoa caring for people across the North Shore, Hibiscus Coast and Warkworth/Wellsford regions. We support and provide holistic care to people in their homes, in one of our two inpatient units, or in community programmes offered at each of our three sites.
