The Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Digital Media Specialist to lead strategic planning and client relationships across a portfolio of high-value accounts.

You'll work alongside our Campaign Management and Ad Operations teams to develop innovative, data-led media strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes. This role combines strategic thinking, client leadership, campaign oversight, and commercial acumen.

* Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest)

* Paid Search (Google & Microsoft)

* Programmatic Digital Out of Home (pDOOH)

* First-party data and advanced audience solutions

What You'll Be Doing

Strategic Leadership

* Develop full-funnel digital media strategies aligned with client objectives and KPIs.

* Lead campaign planning across biddable channels including Social, Search, Video, Programmatic and pDOOH.

* Translate insights, research and market trends into actionable media recommendations.

* Identify opportunities to grow client investment through innovative solutions and strong performance outcomes.

Client Partnership

* Act as the senior day-to-day contact for your portfolio of clients.

* Lead client meetings, presentations and strategic planning sessions.

* Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and become a valued extension of their marketing teams.

* Ensure campaigns consistently meet or exceed agreed objectives.

Campaign Oversight & Optimisation

* Partner closely with Campaign Managers and Ad Operations specialists to oversee campaign execution.

* Analyse performance data and proactively recommend optimisation opportunities.

* Monitor campaign pacing, delivery and performance against KPIs.

* Drive a culture of continuous testing, learning and improvement.

Collaboration & Commercial Excellence

* Work with the wider 36 PRESENTS team to develop proposals, recommendations and responses to new business opportunities.

* Support the creation of compelling media plans with clear deliverables, budgets and timelines.

* Contribute ideas that enhance our products, processes and client offering.

About You

You'll bring both strategic thinking and hands-on digital media expertise.

Essential Experience

Minimum *4+ years' experience** in digital media planning and buying.

Strong understanding of *Programmatic Media**, including Display and Video.

Experience across *Paid Social and Paid Search platforms**.

* Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and client relationships simultaneously.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills.

* Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into meaningful recommendations.

Bonus Points If You Have Experience With

* Connected TV (CTV)

* Programmatic Digital Out of Home (pDOOH)

* First-party data strategies

* Audience segmentation and advanced targeting approaches

* Working within agency environments managing multiple stakeholders
