About the role
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the engine behind our growth, acting as the first point of contact for prospective partners and clients. This is an ideal entry-level opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to kickstart their career in the dynamic world of telecommunications working with world-class products and seasoned experts.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively hunt for new business opportunities through targeted cold calling, high-impact email campaigns, and industry networking
- Engage with prospective clients to build rapport, assess their technical requirements, determine their budget, and map out their purchasing timelines
- Quickly grasp complex technical product portfolios and clearly communicate their value proposition to technical and executive stakeholders
- Utilize Microsoft Teams and CRM tools to track interactions, manage follow-ups, and keep the sales pipeline moving forward efficiently
About you
- A degree in Engineering, Business Management, or an equivalent field
- 0–2 years of experience
- Previous roles in telemarketing, customer service, or a Business Development Representative (BDR) capacity are highly valued
- You possess an innate sense of competitiveness, a proactive "hunter" mentality, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual goals
- You have the capacity to digest technical specifications and translate them into simple, persuasive solutions
- You have exceptional active listening skills and are comfortable leading clear, professional, and persuasive conversations over the phone and via video conferencing (Microsoft Teams)
