A Little Bit About the Role:

Your time will primarily be focused on managing a portfolio of clients operating across a range of industries. Working closely with both the sales and technical teams, your primary responsibility will be to provide the highest level of communication and customer service to your clients.

What We Are Looking For:

We’re looking for a charismatic individual with proven Digital Account Management experience to come and join our tight-knit team. You will be a strong communicator and have a solid understanding of digital marketing data and implementation. Candidates will also have a firm understanding of business operations and will have the ability to identify growth opportunities.

What You Would Be Doing:

  • Holding regular client account meetings to discuss campaign performance and to ensure our strategies are in line with their business goals.

  • Fielding and responding to daily client communications

  • Closely monitoring campaign performance and communicating regularly with the technical team.

  • Completing campaign briefs, attending onboarding meetings and campaign workshops

  • Running access meetings to ensure we have necessary platform access to deploy a client's marketing strategies

  • Assessing campaign data and working with the technical team to adapt strategies toward generating the best results

  • Strategically looking for opportunities for clients to scale, cross-sell or upsell.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of recent Digital Account Management experience

  • Proven ability to confidently manage and communicate with high-budget clients, while equally delivering exceptional service to small and medium-sized businesses

  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to understand business owners' goals and translate them into effective digital strategies

  • A growth mindset with the ability to identify and act on opportunities to develop and expand client accounts

  • Must demonstrate a high-level understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager etc.

  • Experience working with eCommerce clients and CMS platforms, including Shopify, WooCommerce, Big Commerce etc.

  • Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently

  • High attention to detail and the ability to effectively juggle multiple concurrent tasks

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present to groups

  • Ability to think creatively/strategically and identify and resolve problems

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organisational, time management, and analytical skills
