About the Role

As our Sales Manager, you'll lead a team of 8 (and growing) spanning Business Development, Account Management, Service Delivery, and Sales Support.

You’ll stay close to the work - supporting key deals, guiding decisions, and maintaining momentum - while strengthening a culture of trust and follow-through.

This is a hands-on leadership role, with a strong focus on coaching and developing capability.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Sales Leadership & Performance

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team

  • Create a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement

  • Build capability within the team

Growth Strategy

  • Develop and execute growth initiatives across New Zealand and Australia

  • Maintain a strong pipeline and forecasting discipline

  • Drive both new customer acquisition and growth within existing accounts

Marketing & Market Positioning

  • Help define our value proposition, messaging, and market positioning

  • Develop campaigns that generate awareness, engagement, and qualified opportunities

  • Champion thought leadership and market visibility initiatives

Client Engagement:

  • Build trusted relationships with clients

  • Ensure customers receive a seamless experience from initial engagement through delivery

  • Drive long-term client value and retention

Leadership Team Contribution

  • Play an active role within the leadership team

  • Contribute to business planning, strategy, and organisational growth

  • Help shape the future direction of the business

About You

  • 10+ years' experience in B2B sales, technology, telco, or solutions environments

  • Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams

  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability

  • Experience aligning sales and marketing activities to drive growth

  • A coaching mindset and genuine passion for developing people

  • Confidence operating at both strategic and operational levels
