We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join a growing New Zealand technology company operating in the fleet management and telematics sector. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a technical background who enjoys a mix of customer support, field work, troubleshooting, and emerging technologies.
This role offers a clear career pathway, ongoing training, and the chance to work with cutting-edge GPS tracking and IoT solutions that are used across New Zealand and internationally.
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting customers and installation partners to ensure GPS tracking devices and fleet management solutions are installed, configured, and operating effectively.
This is a varied and hands-on position that combines technical support, remote troubleshooting, hardware configuration, and on-site field work. No two days are the same.
