We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimisation of our digital marketing efforts across two growing businesses.
Approximately 80% of your time will be focused on Swiftpoint, a globally recognised gaming technology company designing innovative computer peripherals, with the remaining 20% supporting POSbiz, a fast-growing hospitality software business.
You will take ownership of Swiftpoint's global digital marketing efforts, developing and executing full-funnel growth strategies that drive customer acquisition, conversion, and long-term brand growth."
This role will own the complete client journey for POSbiz marketing customers, from initial consultation and proposal preparation through to onboarding, campaign launch, and ongoing account growth.
This is not simply an ad management role. We are looking for someone who can own the entire marketing funnel. From strategy and campaign planning through to implementation, optimisation, reporting, and continuous improvement.
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Identify growth opportunities across acquisition, conversion, retention, and customer engagement.
Build and continuously refine full-funnel marketing frameworks.
Establish measurable KPIs and performance targets.
Creating offers for potential hospitality marketing customer
Manage and optimise Meta and Google advertising campaigns.
Develop audience targeting strategies and customer segmentation.
Monitor campaign performance and allocate budgets for maximum ROI.
Conduct A/B testing across creative, messaging, audiences, and landing pages.
Implement remarketing and nurture campaigns.
Analyse customer journeys and identify conversion bottlenecks.
Improve landing page performance and lead generation processes.
Work closely with internal teams to optimise website conversion rates.
Implement tracking and attribution systems to accurately measure marketing performance.
Monitor campaign performance using analytics platforms and dashboards.
Provide regular reporting on lead generation, conversion rates, acquisition costs, and return on advertising spend.
Use data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions.
Coordinate marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning.
Proven experience managing Meta and Google Ads at scale.
Strong understanding of full-funnel digital marketing.
Experience with conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Experience with tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion APIs.
Ability to develop strategy and execute independently.
Comfortable working across multiple brands and industries.
Highly organised with excellent communication skills.
Experience marketing technology or SaaS products.
Experience marketing eCommerce products internationally.
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
