Tauranga Motor Group is seeking an experienced and motivated professional to lead our digital customer acquisition and CRM performance.
This is not a traditional vehicle sales role.
This is a specialist position responsible for optimising how our dealership attracts, engages and retains customers through digital channels, CRM management and customer journey improvement.
Working across the dealership, you will play a key role in improving customer engagement, digital lead conversion and dealership performance by developing best-practice processes, leveraging technology and driving continuous improvement.

As our Digital Customer Acquisition Manager, you will become the dealership's specialist responsible for:
Leading the dealership's digital customer acquisition strategy.
Owning and continuously improving the dealership's CRM platform.
Managing digital enquiries from initial enquiry through to successful customer outcomes.
Monitoring and improving enquiry response times and lead conversion performance.
Driving CRM compliance, data quality and customer communication standards.
Developing customer retention and re-engagement initiatives.
Identifying opportunities to improve the customer journey through technology and process improvement.
Analysing digital performance, customer behaviour and lead source effectiveness.
Working alongside our marketing partners to maximise online engagement and lead generation.
Providing guidance and support to the wider sales team on CRM utilisation and customer engagement best practice.
Success in this role will be measured by improvements in digital performance, customer acquisition, CRM utilisation, customer engagement and dealership-wide conversion outcomes—not by traditional vehicle sales targets.
To be successful, you'll bring:
Proven experience in customer acquisition, CRM management or digital engagement.
Strong relationship management and communication skills.
The ability to analyse data and identify opportunities for business improvement.
Experience managing customer pipelines and improving conversion outcomes.
A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience within the automotive industry will be highly regarded, together with exposure to digital marketing, CRM systems and customer lifecycle management.

Weekend work is an inherent requirement of this position, with attendance required every Saturday and Sunday as part of the normal roster. Weekday time off is provided in accordance with the agreed roster arrangements.
