Ready to shape the future of primary care?
We are looking for a forward-thinking, digitally savvy operator who thrives on solving complex problems, improving systems, and making things easier for the people delivering care on the ground.
As our Practice Operations & Digital Systems Specialist, you’ll sit at the intersection of primary care, data, and digital innovation – working closely with General Practice teams, internal leads, and sector partners to ensure clinical programmes run smoothly, accurately, and efficiently.
You’ll play a critical role in:
Supporting the delivery of primary care services through strong operational coordination
Improving how we manage claims, reporting, and funding flows
Leading smarter, more automated ways of working using data, digital tools, and emerging AI capabilities.
Helping practices and teams spend less time on admin – and more time on patient care
We’re keen to hear from people who are:
Digitally curious – interested in how technology, automation and AI can improve real-world workflows
Analytical and detailed-oriented – comfortable working with data, finance, or claims processes
Great communication – able to work across teams and translate complexity into clarity
Self-directed and solutions-focused – you see opportunities and act on them
Adaptable and forward-thinking – excited by change and continuous improvement.
If you’re excited about transforming healthcare through smarter systems & data, please get in touch.
