Commission‑Only Sales Agent – Optical Eyewear Collections (Nationwide)

About the Opportunity

CMI Optical Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated commission‑only sales agent to represent our established eyewear collections across New Zealand. This role is ideal for someone already calling on optometry practices, medical, FMCG, or retail accounts — or an independent agent looking to expand their portfolio.

You will be selling six well‑known, proven eyewear brands:

These ranges are well established in the NZ market, with strong sell‑through and new opportunities emerging as more practices move into joint‑venture models.

What We Provide

We ensure you can focus purely on selling:

  • Full sample sets + new models arriving monthly

  • Sample bag

  • Full existing customer list

  • Access to Unleashed Software for online ordering, stock visibility, and customer database

  • Customer service support for all admin and after‑sales

  • We handle all invoicing and payment collection

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage your own travel, accommodation, and business expenses

  • Maintain regular customer visits across NZ (typical cycle is every 2 months, but flexible)

  • Present collections professionally and support sell‑through

Commission & Payment

  • 20% commission on net sales

  • Paid on the 20th of the month following

Territory

  • All of New Zealand

  • Flexible scheduling to suit your existing call cycle
