We are seeking a dedicated and professional laser tag ICT Support to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting laser-tag arena installation and diagnosing, troubleshooting devices for our customers worldwide.

Location: On-site, Christchurch Central, Canterbury
Normal hours: 30-40 hours per week
Pay Range: $27 - $40 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to our global laser tag customers.

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues for laser tag systems.

  • Coordinating with manufacturers, suppliers, arena planners and installation teams.

  • Supporting implementation during the installation phase.

  • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, ensuring a high standard of customer service.


Requirements:

  • Level 7 or higher IT-related qualification or at least 3 years of relevant work experience.

  • A solid understanding of electronics and computers in general.

  • Customer Service experience.

  • Experience with Windows and Linux.

  • Available to work in Christchurch or able to relocate at your expense.


Preferences:

  • Experience with customer service platforms such as Hubspot or Zendesk.

  • Knowledge of CAD software.

  • Knowledge of Mosaic / DMX lighting configuration.

  • Full NZ drivers license.

  • Able to work on call during weekends and public holidays.

  • Experience in the Entertainment/Amusement industry.
