Customer Service

NZD 27-40 / hour
We are seeking a dedicated and professional laser tag ICT Support to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting laser-tag arena installation and diagnosing, troubleshooting devices for our customers worldwide.
Location: On-site, Christchurch Central, Canterbury
Normal hours: 30-40 hours per week
Pay Range: $27 - $40 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to our global laser tag customers.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues for laser tag systems.
Coordinating with manufacturers, suppliers, arena planners and installation teams.
Supporting implementation during the installation phase.
Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
Requirements:
Level 7 or higher IT-related qualification or at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
A solid understanding of electronics and computers in general.
Customer Service experience.
Experience with Windows and Linux.
Available to work in Christchurch or able to relocate at your expense.
Preferences:
Experience with customer service platforms such as Hubspot or Zendesk.
Knowledge of CAD software.
Knowledge of Mosaic / DMX lighting configuration.
Full NZ drivers license.
Able to work on call during weekends and public holidays.
Experience in the Entertainment/Amusement industry.
