We're growing and are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Account Manager to join our Rotorua team, covering Rotorua, Taupō, Reporoa, Turangi and Taumarunui.

Don't have extensive sales experience? But you have the right attitude, excellent people skills and a genuine ambition to build a career in professional sales, we'd also love to hear from you. We are happy to consider a Sales Cadet and provide the training, mentoring and support to help you become a successful sales professional.
About the Role
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for growing your territory by developing new business while building long-term relationships with existing customers.
You'll work with businesses and education providers, helping them improve productivity through innovative Print and Interactive Display technology solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing new business opportunities
Managing an established customer portfolio
Building and maintaining trusted customer relationships
Identifying customer needs and recommending tailored solutions
Managing your sales pipeline using our CRM
Working within your allocated territory
Achieving sales and growth targets
Identifying upgrade opportunities within existing accounts
What We're Looking For
You'll be someone who enjoys meeting people, is motivated by achieving goals and takes pride in delivering great customer service.
Ideally, you'll have:
Proven sales experience, particularly in business-to-business (B2B) sales (preferred but not essential)
A well-groomed, professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude
Outstanding communication, relationship-building and networking skills
Confidence in prospecting, cold calling and generating new business opportunities
Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills
Experience using CRM systems to manage customer relationships and sales opportunities
High levels of professionalism, integrity, resilience and self-motivation
A strong desire to learn, achieve results and build a successful sales career
A current, clean New Zealand driver's licence
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with energy, resilience, and a strong desire to succeed. With the right attitude, we’ll provide the training, tools, and support you need to build a successful sales career.
Although you will be working independently out of our Rotorua Office , you will be part of the wider sales team based in Tauranga.
