Aditiser is an Auckland-based paid media agency. We run large, complex advertising campaigns — paid search, paid social, affiliate and influencer — for brands selling across many countries and languages. For over a decade we delivered paid media at real scale for a major global health and wellness retailer, building the automation, reporting and quality systems that let a specialist team manage work most agencies cannot.
We are entering our next chapter and broadening our client base, and we are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to own how we deliver for clients.
About the role
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role reporting directly to the owner. You will make sure every client's work is delivered on time, to a high standard, and profitably. You will lead our delivery teams across paid search and social, affiliate and influencer, and automation and reporting, bring in our language specialists when a market needs them, and keep quality and timing on track as we take on new clients.
Because you will have come up through agencies, you will also help on the commercial side: scoping new work properly, shaping our service packages, and pricing jobs so they are fair to the client and sustainable for us.
Our clients may be based across New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, the UK, and other international markets, so this role offers flexibility in working hours. This may occasionally include early morning or late evening calls to accommodate UK or US clients. In return, we offer the same flexibility, allowing you to adjust your working hours around those commitments.
What you will do
Own delivery across all client accounts — quality, timing and standards.
Lead and support the delivery team, and organise who works on what.
Be a senior point of contact for clients on how their work is running.
Join the occasional out-of-hours call with overseas clients (for example, a late-evening New Zealand call that suits the UK morning), balanced by flexibility in your own day.
Scope and price new work, and help shape our service packages.
Keep our ways of working, quality checks and reporting consistent and efficient.
See when we are reaching capacity and plan resourcing ahead of need.
Work closely with our new-business side so we only promise what we can deliver well.
What you will bring
Several years in delivery, operations, client services or account leadership at a marketing or digital agency.
A solid understanding of paid media — paid search and paid social at least; affiliate and influencer a plus.
A track record of running several client accounts at once, on time and to standard.
Real experience scoping and pricing agency work and shaping service packages.
Calm, organised leadership — you bring order, not drama, when things get busy.
Clear, honest communication with both clients and team.
Happy to be flexible with hours now and then for international client meetings across time zones.
Experience with international or multi-language campaigns is a strong plus.
