- Lead digital delivery through a large-scale organisational integration
- Own and shape the enterprise portfolio, programme and delivery strategy
- Influence at executive level on investment, priorities and outcomes
- Establish clear governance, controls and delivery frameworks
- Ensure delivery is aligned to strategic transformation goals
What you’ll do
- Define and lead the digital delivery and portfolio management approach
- Oversee programmes and projects across multiple portfolios and dependencies
- Ensure delivery outcomes are realised, measured, and aligned to business value
- Establish governance frameworks that provide transparency and control
- Lead and grow a high-performing delivery, PMO and programme capability

What you’ll bring
- Proven experience leading large-scale organisational mergers and digital integration programmes, including consolidation of platforms, teams, and operating models to deliver a unified enterprise
- Senior leadership experience managing large-scale digital portfolios and programmes
- Strong background in portfolio, programme and project management (P3M)
- Experience delivering in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Commercial acumen across budgeting, forecasting and vendor management
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver through change and transformation
