Direct Track is growing, and we're looking for an energetic, motivated, and highly organised team member to join our expanding business. As a reseller of one of Europe's largest telematics solution providers, we deliver cutting-edge fleet management, vehicle tracking, driver safety, and connected vehicle technology to businesses across New Zealand.
This is a varied role that combines technical expertise, sales, customer service, and project coordination. No two days are the same, making it the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys both technology and working with people.
About the Role
You'll work with customers to understand their operational needs, recommend the right telematics solutions, assist with system configuration and support, and help ensure successful project delivery from enquiry through to implementation.
What You'll Bring
Professional Sales/Telesales/Telemarketing in New Zealand
A positive, energetic attitude with a genuine desire to help customers.
Strong sales and relationship-building skills.
A technical mindset with the ability to quickly learn new systems and technology.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Confidence communicating with customers both in person and over the phone.
The ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of customer service.
A current Full New Zealand driver's licence.
Experience That Would Be an Advantage
Fleet management or telematics experience.
GPS tracking, cameras, or IoT technology.
Automotive, auto electrical, or vehicle accessory knowledge.
Technical support or solution-based sales.
CRM or project management software.
